We at Setly need help, again!
This time we are looking for you with a special interest in customer experiences, a full blood Customer Success Agent!

About the role - Your core responsibilities
As client sucess manager you will:
- Implement and onboard new clients in the Setly platform (together with an accounting consultant/payroll consultant)
- Help our clients realise the full potential within the Setly platform. Everything from integrations, best practice to training opportunities
- Build strong and long term relationships
- Find new business opportunities with our existing clients, in the form of expansion sales, upselling/cross-selling
- On a regular basis follow up with current clients to see potential improvements
- Together develop and improve ways of working with customer satisfaction
You conduct user research and concept development, create prototypes, set up user testing and design, implement and follow-up of the design. You lead the development (8 developers) team on a daily basis including standup, planning, demo & retrospectives, backlog refinement, testing etc. In your role you analyse and evaluate existing features and possible new features, to have a foundation for product strategy and prioritization. As you are responsible for the final design you secure documentation and handover to the developers.
You work in a fast-paced environment where you play an important role in forming the service for our user. You work independently and as we are a small team you collaborate closely with the CEO, Product Owner and our consultants,
To be able to both enjoy and succeed in this role you need to:
- Experience within sales and technical customer support from the SaaS industry
- Ideally worked within the service industry before
- Fluent in English
- Tech oriented
- Be flexible, open for change, able to work autonomously and be a good communicator
- Be a prestigeless person and willing to take on both big and small tasks where needed
